Job summary

Napster Corp is seeking a Creative Project Manager to anchor an agile pod with an Art Director, Visual Designer, and Video Producer. You will oversee intake, enable collaboration among marketing and executive teams, and ensure timely, high-quality creative output in a fast-paced environment.

You will bridge business requests and creative production, maintain version control, and optimize workflows across multiple stakeholders while upholding governance and asset management standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative project management experience in an agency or fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience coordinating across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to manage expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brief Intake & Triage: vet briefs for completeness, assess pod capacity, triage priorities.
• Self-Service & Governance: direct requests to self-service templates to keep focus on high-priority work.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise between requestors and creatives, translate needs into deliverables and timelines.
• Asset Governance & Repositories: build and maintain centralized asset repositories with version control.
• Workflow Optimization: track deliverables from kickoff to handoff and resolve bottlenecks.
