Job summary

Napster Corp. is seeking a structured Creative Project Manager to join our agile pod with an Art Director, Visual Designer, and Video Producer. You will oversee intake, coordination, governance, and stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

You ensure smooth workflows, strict version control, and high-quality output in a fast-paced environment, bridging business requests and creative production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative project management or creative operations experience in marketing, partnerships, or sales within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficient with project management and asset-management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Google Drive, Frame.io).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage expectations and deadlines across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming creative requests, vet briefs, assess pod capacity, and triage prioritization.
• Direct routine requests to self-service templates to keep focus on high-priority initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between requestors and creatives, translating needs into deliverables and timelines.
• Build and maintain central asset repositories, standardized folder structures, and strict version control.
• Track deliverables from kickoff to handoff, ensuring deadlines and quality.
