Job summary

Napster Corp in the United States is seeking an Art Director & Visual Designer to join our creative team. You’ll lead visual strategy and hands-on design across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

Collaborate in a tight-knit, agile pod with a Video Producer and a Creative Project Manager, bridge creative strategy with day-to-day execution, and craft high-impact deliverables end-to-end.

Qualifications

• :5+ years in art direction and visual design across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and leadership.
• :
• Proven ability to balance high-level creative with pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience in ad agency or fast-paced tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools in creative workflows.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to defend concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual strategy and design key visuals, marketing collateral, and presentations across multiple teams.
• Own Figma systems, reusable templates, and design libraries for company-wide consistency.
• Craft polished Google Slides decks that translate complex tech concepts into clear visual stories.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate exploration, concepting, and production workflows.
• Set visual standards and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
