Qualifications

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency, in-house creative organization, or demonstrably equivalent environment.
  • Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
  • Creative operations experience involving prioritization, problem-solving, multitasking, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
  • Experience across the full creative lifecycle, including creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing, delivery, and trafficking.
  • Experience managing major creative channels and large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships across Integrated Marketing, Media, International Marketing, Product Marketing, internal creative teams, and external agencies.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing, Performance Media, and Creative teams to drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for external agency partners while managing relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects fit within the broader business portfolio, considering objectives, impact, risks, timelines, and resources.
  • Prioritize competing needs across multiple teams and projects, providing clear reasoning and viable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, tools, processes, and standards supporting creative production.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful communication and delivery of multiple performance marketing launches, often simultaneously.
  • Manage inbound and outbound project workflows, program and production budgets, approvals, strategic sourcing and procurement requirements, and the development of high-quality creative assets under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain brand integrity across project deliverables while partnering closely with Design, Legal, Product, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive projects toward action and results by anticipating team needs, identifying risks, and proactively removing obstacles.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a Performance Marketing team responsible for creating lower-funnel, demand-capture creative assets supporting both integrated marketing campaigns and always-on digital advertising.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency, in-house creative organization, or equivalent environment.

  • Experience across additional creative channels, including large-scale integrated campaigns, print, out-of-home, and experiential marketing.

  • Experience working within or supporting a large, global technology organization.

  • Experience operating as a cross-functional program manager within a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
