Job summary

Primer is seeking a hands-on Creative Production Lead to own and scale its brand assets across state, campus, and event programs. You will design, review, and ship work while building templates, workflows, and AI-powered tools to support rapid localization and consistent quality.

You will collaborate with Growth, Admissions, and campus teams to translate needs into briefs and deliverables, maintaining strict brand standards and efficient turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing brand-consistent assets across digital and print.
• Attention to detail with good judgment on readiness to ship.
• Experience building high-volume creative workflows across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own and uphold Primer’s brand guidelines across assets for state, campus, and events.
• Build a fast, high-volume creative production program with templates and asset libraries.
• Develop reusable templates, event kits, and localized asset libraries.
• Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and deliverables.
• Manage intake-to-delivery workflows with SLAs, approvals, and quality checks.
• Review assets for accuracy, on-brand quality, and publish readiness.
