Job summary

Primer, a creative-led performance agency, seeks an AI-native production lead to orchestrate design work across two agencies. You will own intake, timelines and delivery, driving AI-enabled workflows, automations, and efficient production across hundreds of assets weekly.

You will coordinate with Creative Directors, designers, and strategists, ensuring assets meet briefs, stay on schedule, and remain scalable with an emphasis on process and quality.

• You notice small errors and fix them proactively.
• You follow up without being asked and close loops.
• You write clearly to clients, designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production across two agencies from intake to delivery.
• Create and maintain workback plans with delivery dates.
• Coordinate inputs, assets, feedback, and approvals across teams.
• Maintain daily priority list and manage client expectations.
• Track scope, milestones and dashboards for each client program.
• Lead onboarding and coaching on AI-enabled processes for the team.
