Primer is seeking a hands-on design and production lead to own brand consistency across digital, print, and localized marketing materials. You will build a fast, scalable production program with reusable templates and asset libraries while collaborating with Growth, Admissions, and campus teams to translate business needs into clear creative briefs.

You will personally design assets and supervise contractors, ensuring timely, on-brand output.

Qualifications

• A strong design portfolio showing brand consistency across digital, print, and localized marketing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and the creative judgment to determine what is ready to ship.
• Experience building creative workflows that support high-volume production across multiple locations, audiences, or event types.
• A scrappy, hands-on approach with the ability to lead a program and execute the work yourself.

Responsabilités

• Own and uphold Primer’s established brand guidelines, ensuring every asset meets standards across state, campus, and event needs.
• Build and run a creative production program delivering high volumes of customized assets with fast turnaround times.
• Develop reusable templates, event kits, and asset libraries for efficient localized production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Translate business needs into clear creative briefs, priorities, and deliverables in collaboration with Growth, Admissions, and campus teams.
• Own the workflow from intake through delivery with clear SLAs, approvals, and quality checks.
• Serve as the final creative reviewer ensuring assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready to publish or print.
• Personally design and produce assets while directing contractors or external partners as needed.
• Track turnaround times, revision volume, and output quality to improve production as Primer expands.
