Michaels Stores in Lady Lake, FL is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging in-store events such as children’s birthday parties, crafting classes, and related activities. You will work with clients and store teams to ensure fun, safe, and memorable experiences.

You will assist customers, process transactions, and support store operations while upholding standards and policies. Prior experience with children's events and strong communication skills are a plus.

• Must have experience working with children and children’s events.
• Excellent people skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal & nonverbal).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate events including children's birthday parties.
• Engage clients of all ages in fun, creative environments.
• Instruct participants in crafts and supervise activities.
• Assist with pre- and post-event setup and cleanup.
• Support store operations and checkout experiences.
• Uphold store standards and customer service principles.
