Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s parties and other classes.
• Engage with guests of all ages by creating a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate crafts and guide participants through activities; face painting as needed.
• Facilitate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Communicate events to clients and store teams; respond to emails and calls.
• Handle administrative tasks and adjust plans based on client feedback.
• Ensure event safety, cleanliness, and store recovery standards.
• Assist with stock, checkout, and omni-channel processes as required.
