Qualifications

• Experience planning multiple events in a retail or service environment.
• Experience working with children’s events is preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including children’s parties and classes.
• Engage with clients and store teammates to deliver a fun, engaging experience.
• Demonstrate and instruct party activities; handle add-ons and setup/breakdown.
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, activities, and cleanup.
• Communicate event details to clients and team members; adjust plans as needed.
