Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-store events, including children's birthday parties.
• Assist customers, help locate products and provide solutions.
• Engage guests with crafts, face painting, and event activities.
• Manage event add-ons and communicate plans to clients and staff.
• Answer emails/phone calls and perform basic paperwork.
• Uphold store cleanliness, safety, and SOPs; support recovery and stock duties.
