Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Creative Operations Traffic Manager to streamline intake, triage, and routing of creative requests across design, video, and multimedia projects. You will be the front door to the studio, ensuring clear briefs, defined scopes, and aligned timelines, reporting to the Production Manager.

You will collaborate with internal clients and leads to maintain visibility into bandwidth, schedules, and asset delivery, delivering on-brand work on time while balancing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of creative operations, traffic management, or producer experience within an agency or internal creative studio.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Hive, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com).
• Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day intake, triage, and assignment of incoming creative requests across design, video, digital, and motion graphics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal clients and the creative staff, ensuring clear briefs, defined scopes, and aligned timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and asset delivery to keep projects on time and on-brand.
• Collaborate with production management leads to maintain studio bandwidth visibility during task assignment.
