  • Prepare, format, and quality-check executive materials such as presentations, staffing plans, organizational charts, and status reports.
  • Track action items, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; follow up with owners to help keep work on schedule.
  • Serve as a trusted coordination point for day-to-day scheduling and operational communications.
Studio & Team Operations
  • Support daily operations across integrated creative, production, implementation, and review functions.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistical needs for an onsite production studio supporting live and recorded communications, video, photography, and events.
  • Maintain organized digital files, trackers, documentation, and shared team resources across collaboration platforms.
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice coordination, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and onboarding logistics.
  • Monitor timesheet completion and support accurate, timely hours reporting across the team.
  • Pull and distribute utilization and capacity reports, escalating gaps and discrepancies as needed.
  • Document processes and support continuous-improvement initiatives as the operation grows.
