Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Sr Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery from scope through completion. This onsite role is in Pittsburgh, PA, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensuring quality and profitability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive project milestones, and mentor junior staff while delivering projects on time and within budget in a dynamic, global agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years progressive product management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect).
• Occasional travel locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project plans and assigns tasks to deliver projects with target margins.
• Leads project meetings and communicates status to stakeholders and vendors.
• Creates and manages project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Adopts and adheres to standard PM processes and methodologies.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
