Job summary

Koch Communications and Marketing (KCM) seeks a Creative Operations Manager to optimize Adobe Workfront, govern workflows, and build cross-team project management capabilities. This role leads template design, reporting, and training to improve adoption, data quality, and portfolio visibility.

Based in Wichita, KS, you will partner with Marketing Managers and creative teams to ensure scalable, repeatable processes and successful execution of large campaigns.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in creative/marketing operations, PMO, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Adobe Workfront in a complex environment.
• Experience building Workfront reports, dashboards, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workfront ownership and optimize templates, dashboards, and approvals.
• Design and deliver Workfront onboarding and refresher training for stakeholders.
• Develop reports to provide operational and financial visibility across campaigns.
