Job summary

Zoom seeks a Creative Workflow Lead to partner with design, writers, video, and leadership to improve creative workflows, develop AI-powered tools, and bring AI into the creative process. You will help teams move from idea to delivery with high creative quality.

You will build and maintain systems in Figma, Jira, and other collaboration platforms, and nurture relationships across internal and external partners while balancing priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, creative project management, or related creative role.
• Strong understanding of design and creative workflows, especially with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Managing creative workflows from intake through delivery, including scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Building deep relationships across internal teams and external partners, communicating with clarity and grace while aligning stakeholders around goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partnering with designers and creative teams to improve processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects have inputs and resources.
• Developing and implementing AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency across the creative organization.
• Building and maintaining systems in Figma, Jira, and other collaboration platforms to improve visibility and team productivity.
• Evaluating emerging AI and creative technologies and integrating them into workflows.
