Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking an AI Creative Tools & Production Designer to blend strong visual design with AI-powered production workflows. You will work primarily in Figma to create, adapt, and optimize assets across ecommerce, CRM, email, web, social, and retail marketing.

The role emphasizes solving creative problems with technology, excellent design instincts, and applying AI to real-world marketing workflows. Collaboration with designers, copywriters, and marketers is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production/graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows.
• Ability to build lightweight AI-driven workflows with no-code/low-code.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Produce pixel-perfect assets in Figma for multiple channels.
• Extend designs to new sizes, formats, and languages while preserving brand.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to streamline production.
• Build lightweight AI-driven utilities and workflows.
• Collaborate with creative leads, marketers, and project managers.
• Conduct QA on typography, spacing, color, and export specs.
• Maintain and evolve Figma design systems and libraries.
• Keep assets and AI workflows organized and documented.
