Jacksonville Beach Springhill Suites is seeking a line cook to assist with daily kitchen operations and menu execution. The role requires preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have proven line cook experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Food safety training is preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification and food safety certification preferred.
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Physical strength and stamina to stand long hours and perform repetitive motions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
