Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of sanitation, food preparation, baking techniques, and nutrition; food safety cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition and maintained.
• Assist the Executive Chef in budgeting and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations for kitchen areas, associates, and guests.
• Maintain organization and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
