You will follow production guidelines and safety procedures, prepare a variety of cuisines, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing menus and client needs in a dynamic food service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic principles of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use various cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines.
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
