Aramark is seeking a Cook to join the team and bring recipes to life with creativity. You will work with fresh ingredients and high-quality equipment, following production guidelines and safety procedures to prepare flavorful dishes.

You will be expected to manage multiple tasks, operate ovens and other equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while delivering friendly service to guests. This role emphasizes teamwork and culinary skill in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Properly store food by following safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
