Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Cook for Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection by Hilton, a flagship property in our portfolio. You will work under the culinary leadership team to support production, line cooking, and kitchen operations that reflect seasonal menus and high standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience, a valid food handler certification or ability to obtain one, and the stamina to stand long shifts while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler's certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry) and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients and assist in production for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet, dining room, and fine dining.
• Maintain sanitation and orderly kitchen environment.
• Produce consistent food quality and minimize waste through cross-utilization.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to execute menus reflecting seasonal concepts.
