Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in experiential, events, hospitality, or production coordination.
• Familiarity with project coordination, logistics, or event support.

Responsibilities

• Produce & project support: develop timelines, budgets, and core production documents; assist in pre-production meetings and planning; manage logistics and schedules; support load-in/out.
• Vendor & partner coordination: research, source, and coordinate vendors and venues; manage quotes, contracts, COIs; communicate with partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Operational & financial coordination: track invoices and production docs; assist in budget tracking and post-event reporting; maintain organized files for transparency.
