Job summary

Michaels Stores in Round Rock, TX, is seeking an energetic team member to coordinate in-store events for guests of all ages. You will plan and execute children’s parties and craft classes, guide participants through activities, and upsell event add-ons while maintaining a friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store teams, handling emails and phone calls, adjusting plans per client feedback, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards during events and daily

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience required.
• Must be able to interact with guests of all ages.
• Experience coordinating events or children’s activities is a plus.

Responsibilities
