Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Los Angeles-area stores is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to plan and run in-store events, including children's birthday parties, while delivering friendly customer service. You will manage checkout support and occasional stock/merchandise tasks to uphold store standards.

Ideal candidates have experience with children’s events, strong communication and organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to coordinating adds-ons and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle admin tasks like emails and paperwork.
