Job summary

New England Foundation for the Arts is seeking a Program Coordinator, Creative Economy, to support storytelling, community engagement, and promotional efforts across the New England creative economy. You will coordinate campaigns, create content, and provide direct assistance to constituents and CreativeGround users.

The role partners with program staff to grow engagement, manage events, and track outcomes, requiring strong communication, planning, and technology fluency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in communications/marketing and/or front-facing constituent roles.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Public speaking, presenting, networking with diverse audiences.
• Experience with online marketing campaign tools and content maintenance.
• Project coordination with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to distill information into actionable items and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MailChimp, Canva, GA, Asana, Drupal, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications and promotions to key stakeholders.
• Manage content for websites, ecommunications, and social media.
• Lead event planning and support at workshops and conferences.
• Support program planning, evaluation, and reporting.
• Travel across New England and New York as needed.
