The position is mainly remote with travel up to 20% for in-person team days, retreats, events, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years nonprofit or education experience, with 3+ years in partnership recruitment and development.
• Experience working with middle or high school students, educators, and administrators.
• Experience managing a diverse team of people with varying seniority.
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple streams of work.
• Comply with local, federal vaccination requirements and travel within New England region.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic pursuit and cultivation of new school and district partnerships to meet recruitment goals and secure contracts.
• Steward partnership relationships for long-term sustainability beyond direct support.
• Manage region Salesforce data for school partnerships, events, and networks.
• Lead, coach, and develop region program managers and oversee data-informed performance.
• Plan Civics Day showcases and support regional teachers and schools.
• Oversee regional budget and ensure sustainable use of funds.
