Mohegan Digital seeks a Creative Design Manager to lead bold, visually striking concepts across brand campaigns and gaming entertainment. You will partner with writers, designers, and marketers to push boundaries while maintaining strategic alignment.

The role requires leadership in design, art direction, and strong communication skills. Experience in online gaming or entertainment is highly desirable and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years in agency/design studio or similar, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with Slack/Asana or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling for national campaigns and branded content.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, brand and marketing stakeholders.
• Mentor junior creatives to elevate team output.
• Develop concepts for integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, social, digital, CRM.
• Own art direction from ideation to final execution, ensuring on-brand work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present holistic concepts.
• Contribute high-level creative thinking across campaigns and brand initiatives.
