Ravensburger North America seeks a contract Creative Coordinator to support the development and delivery of creative content for the Disney Lorcana trading card game. You will connect internal teams with external licensing partners, manage asset submissions, coordinate feedback, track approvals, and keep projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination and creative production for publishing, licensing, games, entertainment, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new tools.

Responsabilités

  • Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of creative assets, ensuring content moves efficiently through internal and external stakeholder processes.
  • Partner with internal teams and licensing contacts to facilitate creative feedback, manage revisions, and support timely approvals.
  • Manage creative review workflows, including routing materials for review and communicating feedback, decisions, and next steps to development teams.
  • Monitor the status of asset submissions, approvals, and project milestones, maintaining accurate records and proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Provide coordination and operational support for creative development initiatives, including reporting, documentation, process improvements, and administrative duties as needed.
  • OPA management of set creative assets.
  • Communication of licensor feedback to internal teams.
  • Support Creative Producers in communication of licensor feedback on iterative development milestones.

The Creative Coordinator (Contract) supports the development, review, and delivery of creative content for the Disney Lorcana trading card game. This contract role serves as a key connection point between internal creative teams and external licensing partners, helping to manage asset submissions, coordinate feedback, track approvals, and ensure projects move smoothly through the creative development pipeline.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of creative assets, ensuring content moves efficiently through internal and external stakeholder processes.
  • Partner with internal teams and licensing contacts to facilitate creative feedback, manage revisions, and support timely approvals.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to track complex workflows, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying challenges, developing solutions, and driving projects forward.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software, project management systems, and creative review processes.
  • Experience working with creative assets, approval workflows, and licensed intellectual property.

This is a contract position. Pay Range: $1800-$2100 USD weekly
