In this role, you will prep ingredients, set up your workstation, and maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift. Strong teamwork and customer-facing composure are essential for delivering quality meals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of foods per production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, weighing, chopping, and slicing.
• Safely use knives and kitchen tools.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Cook, bake, roast, broil, steam foods as required.
• Plate and portion food according to guidelines.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to safety policies.
