Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives; operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, steams, and uses multiple cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines; maintain food safety standards.
