Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, chop, and trim food items.
• Safely use knives and other utensils; operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, grill, steam and apply diverse cooking methods.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation per policies.
• Maintain customer service and positive demeanor toward guests.
