Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping as needed.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, steam, and employ various cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food following safety policies and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
