Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.

• Basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, chop, trim, and slice ingredients.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, steam, and cook meats and vegetables.
• Plate and portion food per guidelines and safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas and equipment.
