Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and trimming.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use various cooking methods.
• Plate, garnish, and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food following safety and sanitation policies.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Maintain friendly customer service and positive attitude.
