You will work with fresh ingredients and a range of equipment, applying creativity within production guidelines and standardized recipes, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality meals to guests.

Formación

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation methods and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong communication with team and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, chop, and prep food items.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, steam, and apply different cooking methods.
• Portion and garnish food per guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitize work areas.
