Formación

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Strong math and counting skills; good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, peeling.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam using various methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food following safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Follow Aramark safety policies including sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
