Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping food items.
• Safely uses utensils and operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bakes, roasts, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
• Stores and handles food following safety policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Provides courteous service to guests and coworkers.
