You will work with a variety of equipment and learn production standards, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Validated knowledge of basic principles of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations (sanitation, storage).
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
