Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or related role.

• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use various cooking methods on meats, vegetables, and other foods.
• Portion and garnish food according to guidelines and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and provide excellent customer service.
