Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life in a fast-paced environment. You will work with fresh ingredients and diverse cooking methods while adhering to safety procedures and production guidelines. This role emphasizes creativity and quality in every dish.

You will be responsible for following standardized recipes, prepping ingredients, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Strong math and communication skills help ensure portion control and excellent guest service.

Formación

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely use knives and utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, steam, and use various cooking methods as required.
• Plate and portion food following guidelines; maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Provide friendly, responsive guest service and uphold Aramark safety policies.
