Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life with creativity, while following production guidelines and safety procedures. You will work with fresh ingredients, operate ovens and mixers, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation.

The role emphasizes preparing a variety of foods, maintaining workstation cleanliness, and delivering excellent guest service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic principles of food preparation and safety.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrates math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use knives and other utensils.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other cooking equipment.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use various cooking methods.
