Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation methods and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and utensils.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Adheres to safety policies and food sanitation procedures.
