Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life with fresh ingredients and creative flair. You will explore different cuisines, cooking styles, and production guidelines in a supportive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, measuring ingredients, operating ovens and mixers, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation. A background in cooking and the ability to obtain a food safety certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, methods, and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and cutting.
• Safely use utensils including knives and other equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use diverse cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food per safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
