Job summary

Flinn seeks a Creative & Content Coordinator to manage production, photography, video, and content publishing for marketing campaigns. You will coordinate internal and external resources, maintain assets, and ensure brand-standard delivery across channels.

You’ll support catalog proofs, event content, and batch approvals, while collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager and Art Director in Batavia, IL. On-site role with occasional flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, Journalism or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, and content coordination skills.
• Comfort coordinating photography and creative production.
• Working knowledge of organic social platforms and content publishing.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple creative deliverables, feedback cycles and deadlines.
• Familiarity with common creative/content tools and digital asset workflows is helpful.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creative Workflow & Production: manage requests through production, review, approval, delivery, and archive.
• Creative Production, Product Photography & Video: execute and coordinate product media for campaigns and catalogs.
• Coordinate external partners when extra capacity is needed.
• Content Production: draft, edit, coordinate, and publish marketing content within brand standards.
• Organic Social Media: execute and maintain assigned social activity, schedule and publish.
• Catalog & Marketing Material Proofing: ensure accuracy across pricing, copy, imagery.
• Event Content & Creative Support: assist events with deliverables and partners.
• Asset Management & Brand Execution: organize assets with naming/version-control and brand alignment.
