Job summary

Conxxus in Sullivan, IL is seeking a Marketing Creative Coordinator to design and manage visual and social media marketing assets across digital, print, video, and social platforms.

This hands-on role blends graphic design, videography, photography, social content creation, and digital advertising to support Conxxus’ brand, launches, community initiatives, and growth campaigns, working with internal marketers and a contracted agency to deliver engaging work under the Conxxus brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, videography, or related creative roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience with short-form vertical video for social media.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver branded marketing collateral for social media, ads, and print.
• Create and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Capture footage and edit short-form video content for Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and an external agency to execute campaigns.
• Manage social content calendar and coordinate timelines.
