Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health (Social Work, Counseling, MFT, etc.).
• Active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or in progress of licensure.
• Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families.
• Comfort with creative, play-based approaches.
• Strong diagnostic and documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate, creative interventions.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers for wraparound support.
• Caseload primarily youth-focused, with opportunities to work with adults.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely case documentation.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly client sessions for full-time status.
• Attend weekly team meetings, trainings, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
