Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania required.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans; document case notes per policy.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to serve the community.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Coordinate services with families, school personnel, and other Ellie staff.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
