Job summary

Ellie Mental Health North Wales is seeking licensed therapists (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) to join a collaborative team in a supportive outpatient setting. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, a creative practice, and a diverse client base across in-person and some Telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Must have LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• 2–3 years of outpatient mental health treatment experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 27 client visits per week for Full-Time status.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet community needs.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
