Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active MA clinical license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or working toward licensure.
• Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families.
• Comfort with creative, expressive, or play-based approaches.
• Strong diagnostic and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate play/expressive interventions.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers for wraparound support.
• Occasional work with adults; mainly youth-focused caseload.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely documentation.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly sessions for full-time status.
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings; contribute to a collaborative environment.
